A: No one ships for free. Other companies are inflating the total amount to include shipping. If you’re comparing prices online, compare the total amounts between all of the products that interest you. “Free shipping” is a gimmick.

A: It typically takes between 7-10 business days. If a product is backordered, or ahead of schedule, we will let you know by phone.

A: No. We removed the shopping cart system from our website. We prefer that you place your order by phone. Not only does it provide more security for the customer, but it also allows us to get you a real time shipping quote. (it only takes a few minutes to place an order)

A: If you’re located in the DFW and surrounding areas we offer delivery and installation. The charge for Dallas residents is $150. (all other areas must call for a quote)

Made in the USA! Our Regulation model frame measures 8' 7" ft. wide by 14' 7" long, and is 39" in height. The frame is built with heavy 10 & 12 gauge, tuf 40, galvanized steel tubing. The bed is manufactured using #1 grade Permatron trampoline material, and measures exactly 6' X 12'. The frame pads are 1.25" thick, 13" wide polyethylene foam, covered in heavy duty 20 oz coated vinyl. We custom sew Velcro straps on the bottom of our pads; which not only looks better than the competition, but also keeps the pads firmly attached on the trampoline. We use 22 oz coated vinyl on both sides of our pads, which allows you to flip the pad and get twice the life. The 9X15 has 88, galvanized, cone end springs. Warranty as follows: Lifetime- Frame, 2yrs bed stitching 3yrs bed fabric, 1yr on springs & safety pads. All of the materials we use in manufacturing our trampolines are made for outdoor use!
